Diagnosis
Scutellum entirely reticulate, reticulation raised, without median groove and lateral mesh-rows; propodeum with a narrow and strong median carina, LC/WC = 7.6; propodeal callus with four setae; forewing with speculum open below. Similar to esulcus but midlobe of mesoscutum with smaller meshes of reticulation than scutellum, larger eyes, scutellum with lateral and posterior margin metallic blue, and median carina on propodeum not raised.
